Kid’s Boxing  (Ages 6 – 16)

A message from Coach Clinton

I started boxing at the age of 13 after been beaten up outside a gym. I quickly understood that Boxing was not about fighting, revenge or being a tough guy, it was about discipline, comradery, self respect, perseverance and a great vehicle of confidence. I recommend it to any kid, it’s fun, fulfilling, and most mentally challenging.

BRAWL’s Kid s’ Boxing Program develops strength, speed, balance, power, agility and coordination in children from ages 6 to 16, but our program goes beyond developing the skills students need for the physical demands of boxing. We also teach them the self-discipline they will need to succeed in life, as well as respect for themselves, others and their environment.

Our classes demonstrate proper technique, form, discipline, perseverance and leadership.

All students are required to adhere to the BRAWL Code of Conduct and to sign the BRAWL Pledge, which reinforces the need to put safety first, to obey the rules and to give their best at all times.

Classes run as follows

Monday to Thursday 4 – 5 pm

Why MMA?

Human Bodies are built for exercise, and children are meant to exercise, to run, roll, jump get puffed.

One of the biggest benefits of MMA for children, Is that the kids enjoy physical exercise.

MMA also promotes a huge increase in children’s self-confidence and self-esteem.

Children in MMA, do get physically and mentally stronger. Which helps them in daily life. Children in MMA, do learn discipline. They learn to do as they are asked. And they gain the self-discipline to keep going when training is tough.

What is Judo?

Brawl Judo is a fun, non-intimidating, for kids, designed to help children improve their cardiovascular fitness, strength, endurance, coordination, and exciting workouts, it’s just pure kids fun! It is done in a safe controlled environment and run by a qualified hand selected instructor, from ASPIRE JUDO. Kids just love it! Ages from 6 – 17
